General Terms & Conditions

1 - Prices are based on journey times/distances (km) from and the chosen vehicles base.

2 - All prices are inclusive of French VAT. Prices include fuel and vehicle fees, the driver's remuneration and legal liability insurance for all passengers.

3 - Not included in the prices are: drivers' meal (20 €) and accommodation (80 €), if required, telephone calls made from the car, car parking charges, tolls (except for long distance transfers) and any other discretionary fees.

3.1 - An extra charge of 20 € to cover the driver's meal will be invoiced for services requiring waiting time between 12h00 and 14h00 or between 20h00 and 23h00.

3.2 - A fee of 80 € will be charged for the driver's accommodation for services lasting more than one day, with a one-night stay at more than 40 km from the vehicles and drivers base.

3.3 - Transfer prices from train stations or airports include a 1 hour ½ waiting time from the planned arrival time. If exceeded, each supplementary hour will be invoiced. Each hour, which has started, will be charged in full.

4 - The quantity of luggage items allowed depends on the type of vehicle used.

5 - We or the vehicle operator accept no responsibility for valuables left in the vehicles.

6 - Payment by VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are subject to bank acceptance and a surcharge relevant to the type of card used.

7 – Full payment shall be made upon booking, charges for extras i.e. waiting time, drivers meals, accommodation fees etc will be invoiced separately and after the event has happened.

8 - The prices are subject to modification without warning.

100 % of the amount will be demanded at the time of order / booking


Terms of Cancellation:

It is imperative to inform Whitetracks Vehicles as soon as possible of any changes made to a booking (arrival time, pick up place, user’s name), therefore allowing us to arrange and provide the best possible service. Last minute changes could be questioned if they disrupt Whitetracks Vehicles or any of our vehicle operators’ daily organisation.


Cancellation because of user:

Free cancellation must be made until 7 days before the beginning of the service. 50% Charge will apply between 7 and 2 days, 75 % between 48 hours and 24 hours prior departure, and total amount under less than 24 hours), till the time of departure (except act of God or any other agreement).


Cancellation by Whitetracks Vehicles or any of our Vehicle operators:

The customer is not entitled to any compensation should an issue beyond the control of Whitetracks Vehicles arise* On the other hand Whitetracks Vehicles and all our operators make a commitment to implement everything to provide the service, if necessary, by means of a subcontractor dispensing a service of equivalent quality (the possible price difference remaining chargeable to Whitetracks Helicopters and the operator used).

*Accidents causing delays to the vehicle, exceptional or severe weather conditions, compliance with requests of the police, deaths and accidents on the road, vandalism and terrorism, unforeseen traffic delays, road closures, tyre punctures, severe traffic congestion, industrial action by third parties, problems caused by other customers, the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official, other circumstances affecting passenger safety, this list is not exhaustible.
